In the kitchen you will find a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and utensils.

The courtyard inside the condominioum has a large number of private parking spaces reserved for the owners for which we can provide free guest tickets on request. It is not individual parking places, so parking depends on availability of free spaces. Outside the condominium parking is free overnight and for 3 hours between h. 9.00-18.00 and at Rygaards Alle at 200 m distance parking is always free and available.
